Harvest Season Opportunities Travel Positions AvailablePay ranges from
$17.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on the position and experience.
Harvest season has officially begun, and we are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to travel for seasonal employment through the end of October or early November.
Minimum Requirements
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to stand and/or perform physical work for 8+ hours per shift.
Spanish-only speakers are welcome.
Overtime opportunities available.
Available Positions
Sorter
Indoor position (non-temperature-controlled facility).
Work while sitting or standing at a moving conveyor belt, removing damaged or off-type corn.
Easy, repetitive work in a noisy environment.
Ideal candidates should not experience motion sickness and must be comfortable with the occasional presence of field animals (such as mice, frogs, or snakes).
No English required.
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, and move independently.
PPE required: Closed-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, no loose clothing or jewelry, and long hair must be tied back.
Sheller / Bin Unloader / Dryer Load Out
100% outdoor position.
Employees climb in and out of grain bins and monitor the unloading process.
Must pay close attention to ensure boards or tools do not enter the shelling equipment.
Physically active and safety-focused role.
Tripper / Husker Operator
Indoor position supporting the husking and sorting process.
Monitors equipment to prevent jams and keep production flowing.
Requires strong attention to safety and completion of Lockout/Tagout training.
Ideal for responsible individuals due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.
Green Corn Receiving
100% outdoor position.
Communicates with truck drivers by radio while overseeing corn unloading from semi-trailers.
Sweeps corn into receiving pits and remains standing throughout the shift.
Physically demanding position.
Forklift Operator
Operates forklifts to load, unload, stack, move, and organize materials.
Uses warehouse technology such as scanners and computers as needed.
Previous forklift experience and certification may be required depending on the assignment.
Must follow all safety and operational procedures.

Posiciones DisponiblesClasificador de Maíz (Sorter)
Trabajo 100% bajo techo, pero sin control de temperatura.
Se trabaja sentado o de pie frente a una banda transportadora retirando maíz dañado o fuera de especificación.
Trabajo sencillo y repetitivo en un ambiente con ruido.
Se recomienda que el candidato no sufra de mareos por movimiento y esté consciente de que ocasionalmente puede ver animales del campo (ratones, ranas o serpientes).
No se requiere inglés.
Debe poder caminar, subir escaleras y moverse sin ayuda.
Equipo de protección requerido: zapatos cerrados, lentes de seguridad, protección auditiva, sin ropa holgada ni joyería, y el cabello largo debe mantenerse recogido.
Sheller / Descarga de Silos / Dryer Load Out
Trabajo 100% al aire libre.
Consiste en subir y bajar de silos y supervisar la descarga del maíz hacia las bandas transportadoras.
Requiere mucha atención para evitar que herramientas o tablas entren al equipo.
Trabajo físico y orientado a la seguridad.
Operador Tripper / Husker
Trabajo bajo techo apoyando el proceso de desgrane y clasificación.
Supervisa que no existan atascos y que el flujo del maíz continúe correctamente.
Requiere capacitación en procedimientos de bloqueo y etiquetado (Lockout/Tagout).
Ideal para personas responsables debido a que es una posición de alta importancia en seguridad.
Recepción de Maíz Verde
Trabajo 100% al aire libre.
Se comunica por radio con los operadores y supervisa la descarga de maíz de los tráileres.
También barre el maíz hacia la fosa de recepción.
Permanecerá de pie durante todo el turno.
Es una posición físicamente demandante.
Operador de Montacargas (Forklift Operator)
Opera montacargas para cargar, descargar, mover y acomodar materiales.
Puede utilizar escáneres y computadoras para realizar sus actividades.
Dependiendo de la posición, puede requerirse experiencia previa y certificación.
Debe seguir todas las normas de seguridad y operación del almacén.
