Position Summary
The Golf Services Coordinator supports the daily operations of the golf facility by delivering exceptional guest service and coordinating golf-related activities. This role assists with tee time management, tournament and event support, player registration, merchandise sales, and communication between guests, members, and golf operations staff to ensure a seamless golfing experience. The Golf Services Coordinator also assists, as needed, with caddie operations, including supporting the Caddie Master, bag drop services, player staging, and caddie coordination to ensure exceptional service standards and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tee times, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Support golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Process payments, maintain records, and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and inventory management.
• Provide support to caddie operations, bag drop, player staging, and Caddie Master functions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to club policies and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or golf operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and reservation systems is an asset.
• Knowledge of golf operations and caddie services is preferred.
• Passion for golf and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
