Floor Supervisor

Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor manages Service Technicians and maintains technical and performance efficiency within the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on schedule, and to a high quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service shop
• Monitor performance and work to improve employee efficiency
• Troubleshoot and diagnose service repairs
• Enforce company policy within the service department, including disciplinary actions
• Interview and evaluate potential employees

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RVIA certification
• HVAC certification

Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of repair procedures
• Ability to perform repairs
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Experience

• 5+ years of technical/troubleshooting experience
• 5+ years of foreman or supervisory experience

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has formal supervisory responsibility over Service Team Members, including overseeing, monitoring, and assisting with diagnostic work.

Pre-employment drug screen required.
