Compensation: Contract determined by years of coaching experience.

Description:

The McFarland School District is seeking applicants for an IMMS 7th Grade Boys Basketball Coach for the 2026 season. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, mentor, and instill sportsmanship qualities, while maximizing the student athletes' abilities at all levels. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basketball skills
• Use of different coaching methods and motivational strategies for athletes
• Collaborate with basketball coaches, other sport coaches, and school employees
• Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
• Able to assist in running daily practices
• Licensed Teacher or CNLT through WIAA
• CPR/First Aid Certification
