Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) transformation initiative focused on improving supply chain resilience, visibility, and operational readiness across a complex organization. In this role, you will oversee the project from planning through implementation, driving alignment between business stakeholders, supply chain leaders, and subject matter experts. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, establishing timelines and milestones, managing resources and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of process improvements and supporting technology solutions. This position requires a strong leader who can remove roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and key decisions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large, enterprise-wide projects involving business process transformation, automation, and organizational change management. You will help develop and implement standardized risk management frameworks, support business continuity and incident response planning, establish meaningful performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority and drive initiatives to completion. While knowledge of supply chain risk management is important, the primary focus is on strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Compensation: $55-60/hr.
We look forward to reviewing your application. We encourage everyone to apply - even if every box isn’t checked for what you are looking for or what is required.
