We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while staying closely involved with day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations.

Shift

• Night Shift: 6: 00 PM–6: 00 AM
• Rotating Schedule: Work three days one week, four days the following week
• Schedule: Work approximately 15 days per month
• 12-hour shifts with more scheduled days off than a traditional workweek

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding orders and shipments
• Process customer orders, receipts, and shipping documentation
• Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Expedite urgent orders and help resolve shipping delays
• Verify invoices and assist with billing-related questions
• Research and resolve inventory, shipment, and service issues
• Serve as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and administrative teams
• Maintain customer files, records, and account-specific procedures
• Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service, warehouse, logistics, shipping, or distribution experience
• Previous experience working with orders, shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work the full rotating 12-hour night schedule
