Establishes, monitors, and continuously improves development processes, toolchains, and KPIs to align teams with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks, plans and executes R&D projects and feasibility studies, and provides domain expertise on software architecture, safety analyses, compliance, and lifecycle practices. Performs software project management activities including schedule tracking, risk management, and resource planning, and manages software suppliers and partners by defining requirements, evaluating deliverables, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure product and process compliance with project plans and industry standards.
