BCA Structures organization is looking for structures analysis engineers with experience in aircraft structure design specializing in Landing Gear, Doors, or Windows (Flight Deck and/or Passenger) - Location could be Everett or Renton, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil (including approved Structural), Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil (including approved Structural), Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
ABET Accredited University required
8+ years related work experience in Structures design


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Has previous work experience working on *** Structures commodities
Experience with 3D modeling such as CATIA/ENOVIA
Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM
