Must-Have: - Competent in Hourly Neurological Assessment. - Intracranial Pressure Management. - Management of External Ventricular Drains (EVD). - Experience with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Management. - Post-thrombectomy and post-craniotomy management. Description: This role involves providing nursing care in a high acuity Neuro ICU. The position requires rotating day and night shifts with a weekend requirement. Nurses will participate in patient care that includes managing complex neurological cases. Daily patient ratios are 1 nurse to 2 patients for day and night shifts. Nurses may float to other facilities as required. Responsibilities include assessment, monitoring, and implementing care plans for patients with neurological disorders.
