Lo Que Harás:
- Aprender a configurar y operar máquinas Brake Press
- Leer órdenes de trabajo, planos y especificaciones de producción
- Medir e inspeccionar piezas terminadas para verificar su precisión y calidad
- Realizar ajustes básicos a la maquinaria cuando sea necesario
- ¡Aprender habilidades valiosas en operación de maquinaria y manufactura!
Turnos:
- Lunes a Viernes
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- ¡No se trabaja los fines de semana!
Duración:
- Temporal con oportunidad de contratación permanente

LOOKING TO BUILD A CAREER IN MANUFACTURING?
We're hiring Machine Operators for a great temp-to-hire opportunity! Previous Brake Press experience is a PLUS, but it's NOT required. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and ready to learn, they are willing to train!
Key Requirements:
- Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus
- Brake Press experience is preferred, but NOT required – willing to train!
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Experienced AND entry-level candidates with strong mechanical skills are encouraged to apply!
- Spanish Speaking employees encouraged to apply!
What You'll Do:
- Learn to set up and operate Brake Press equipment
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
- Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Learn valuable machine operating and manufacturing skills!
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- 6:00AM- 2:30 PM
- No weekends!
