Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist 3 to support procurement and supplier management activities involving complex and technical materials, supplies, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic sourcing experience, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to build effective supplier relationships while collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase complex and technical materials, supplies, and services
- Evaluate supplier bids and negotiate pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and service agreements
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor contract performance through order completion
- Resolve supplier-related issues including damages, returns, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering changes
- Conduct supplier site visits and evaluate production capability, performance, and delivery metrics
- Participate in strategic sourcing and long-term contract negotiations
- Analyze procurement data and develop solutions for complex supply chain challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and procurement documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
