Job Summary (or Job Overview)Coordinate with demand departments, responsible for the procurement of non-material items such as factory equipment spare parts (standard parts/non-standard parts), office supplies, labor protection supplies, etc., to ensure the satisfaction of the factory's daily production consumption needs; implementation of equipment outsourcing repair projects;
Key Responsibilities(1) Responsible for the procurement of equipment spare parts (including standard and non-standard parts), office supplies, and safety supplies to maintain safe inventory levels;
(2) Responsible for the implementation of equipment maintenance projects, including tendering, contract signing, process execution, and subsequent acceptance and payment;
(3) Responsible for coordinating with user departments to collect procurement requirements, place orders, and track the inbound process and subsequent management of material issuance;
(4) Optimize the procurement process to improve efficiency and reduce the procurement cycle and costs;
Essential Qualifications(1) Over 3 years of direct procurement experience in a manufacturing company;
(2) Familiar with the basic construction of equipment, mechanical principles, basic principles of hydraulic systems, electrical systems of equipment, etc.;
(3) Ability to read 2D/3D drawings;
(4) Familiar with industrial products market and supplier management system;
