TITLE: Packer C
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack quality product and assist operators in maintaining a safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria.Closely monitor all film for conformance to specifications.Insure that quality issues are resolved and communicated quickly and effectively, to minimize negative impact.Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Assist Extrusion operator.Start UpChill Roll CleaningPerformed Thread UpScreen ChangesAdjust Core Alignment.Blade Adjustments.Popping Trim.Housekeeping.Wrap up removal pressure roll.Pack Finish Goods to Correct Procedure.Wrap up removal idle rollers.Packaging material over 5'Hand tools.Machine knowledge.Boxing, accounting, and weighing of scrap.Train packer CAssist packer A.Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
Inside and outside environments apply.Manufacturing environment.Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot).Subject to noise.
