[Required Skills and Experience]

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs and circuit-card assemblies
  • At least 3 years' experience using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record process steps
  • Willingness and commitment to work the specified weekend shift (Thurs-Sun, 10-hour days; no exceptions)
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

[Preferred Skills]

  • Experience in aerospace or defense hardware production environments
  • Familiarity with root-cause analysis techniques and continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-security setting

[Benefits]

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense technologies with real-world impact
  • Grow your skills through mentorship, training, and potential advancement within Lockheed Martin
  • Collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture
