What we are looking for

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the NTT office environment and related buildings are carried out inline with the service level agreementCoordinates the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilitiesParticipates in daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety ActConduct daily walkabouts, checking the cleanliness of all areas, especially bathrooms, break rooms and kitchensDocument and report on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to managementCo-ordinate routine maintenance and repairs scheduleAssist with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and update and maintain the maintenance databaseEnsure that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are metProvide support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely storedLiaise with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staffEscalate non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the managementApprove all contractor documentation and maintain records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of NTTKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Highly motivated and ability to work independentlyBasic knowledge of general hygiene practicesGood knowledge of facility layoutSolid verbal and written communication skillsPhysical ability to cleanGood organisational skillsAbility to work unsupervised and deliver quality workDetail orientatedAbility to read and follow instructionsKnowledgeable of safety practicesExcellent time management and project management skillsProactive and pays attention to detailDemonstrate a positive attitude towards work and can manage assigned job processesAbility to work well under pressureAble to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all timesAbility to coordinate the work of othersAbility to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Relevant secondary educationRequired Experience:Some experience in a similar position and / or environment

Compensation Pay Range

• This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.• NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $24.23 - $34.62 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.• Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan to create a rich Total Rewards package.
