- Monitor patient status and respond to urgent needs promptly
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practice standards
What You Need- Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- Previous OR/surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
