Pay & Benefits- Compensation: $67.00/hour

What Youll Do- Provide quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients during overnight shifts
- Conduct initial assessments and establish patient care priorities based on clinical needs
- Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify the care plan accordingly
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in accordance with hospital standards
- Perform Point of Care testing and assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care
What You Need- Valid New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from AHA (current)
- Recent RN experience in a hospital labor & delivery unit (within last 2 years)
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care mindset
