Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do:- Provide patient care for diverse populations across various units as needed
- Assist with patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Document clinical interventions accurately and timely
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
- Participate in unit workflows, including delegating and coordinating tasks
- Maintain safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS certifications from AHA required; additional certifications based on units where floated preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant RN experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
