What Youll Do- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations
- Conduct initial assessments and prioritize patient needs during shift
- Re-assess patient status continuously to inform care adjustments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform Point of Care testing and deliver timely interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
- Educate patients and families, including discharge instructions
What You Need- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (CPI/De-Escalation preferred)
- Minimum recent RN experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Excellent communication and patient assessment skills

This role involves supporting the emergency department of a prominent healthcare facility in Santa Fe, NM.
