What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations
  • Conduct initial assessments and prioritize patient needs during shift
  • Re-assess patient status continuously to inform care adjustments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Perform Point of Care testing and deliver timely interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
  • Educate patients and families, including discharge instructions

What You Need
  • Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (CPI/De-Escalation preferred)
  • Minimum recent RN experience in emergency or acute care settings
  • Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
