- License/Certifications: Valid New Mexico RN license or Compact state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
- Experience: Prior ER experience preferred, new graduates with relevant certifications considered
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hour

What You'll Do:- Provide specialized emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure prompt, safe, and effective patient care
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in EPIC EMR system
- Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatments, and discharge planning
What You Need:- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
- Prior ER nursing experience preferred; new grads with required certifications considered
- Strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
