- Licensure/Certifications: Current NM RN or compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Experience: Recent RN experience preferred; new grads considered for CN I level

What Youll Do- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities
- Reassess patients systematically to monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in line with standards
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document interventions and evaluate care effectiveness
- Support unit coverage during low census as needed through floating
What You Need- Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA required
- CPI/De-Escalation certification preferred
- Minimum relevant RN experience; all new nurses with 2 or fewer years considered for CN I
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
