CNC Machinist – 5-Axis Mill | Day Shift
Fuller Technologies is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Northampton, PA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a skilled machinist with hands-on 5-axis milling experience.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
Work with DMG Mori equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications
Set tools, offsets, and workholding/fixtures for machining operations
Use precision measuring equipment to inspect completed parts and verify tolerances
Make machine and tooling adjustments as needed to maintain quality
Troubleshoot machining issues and support efficient production
Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC milling
CNC machine setup experience
Ability to independently read and work from blueprints
Experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, speeds, feeds, and tolerances
DMG Mori experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with comparable 5-axis equipment experience are encouraged to apply
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
