5-12th Grade Band Teacher

The Fairbanks Local School District (Milford Center, OH) is seeking a 5-12 Grade Band Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Fairbanks is located in Central Ohio serving roughly 1,100 students in grades K-12 on a shared campus.

The following position is open for the 2026-2027 school year: Grades 5-12 Band Director:

Classes taught: 5th grade band 6th grade band 7th/8th grade band HS concert band General music for 6th and 7th grade (1 period each) 25 Extended Days to lead the Marching Band and Pep Band

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Possession or eligibility for a valid Ohio Department of Education license. Clear BCI/FBI background check

Details 184 Day Certified Contract and Benefits 25 Extended Days for summer work and band competitions (marching and concert) Compensation: in accordance with the certified salary schedule, based on experience and education
