Do you love the thrill of closing a sale, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results?
We're looking for a highly motivated, competitive salesperson who knows how to make things happen.
Since 2009, Globex Performance has helped Jeep and off-road enthusiasts build, upgrade, and maintain their vehicles. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who's hungry to grow with us. Automotive parts knowledge is required. Offroad and 4x4 parts knowledge is a plus as well.
This isn't an order-taking position. We want someone who takes ownership of the sale from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Following up on incoming leads and estimates to turn opportunities into sales.
- Building relationships with customers and helping them plan their vehicle upgrades.
- Staying in contact with customers throughout their builds.
- Following up after completed work to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Identifying sales opportunities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Working closely with our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience is required.
- You're competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
- You know how to follow up without being told.
- You're confident on the phone and comfortable asking for the sale.
- You can handle objections and turn a "maybe" into a "yes."
- You're organized, accountable, and take ownership of your results.
- You understand that great salespeople don't just close deals. They earn trust and create lifelong customers.
Automotive or off-road experience is a plus, but strong sales ability and the right attitude matter more.
