Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated 4th Grade Bilingual Teacher to join a Richardson ISD campus for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, supportive classroom environment while delivering instruction in both English and Spanish and supporting the academic and social development of elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging 4th grade instruction aligned with Texas academic standards.

• Provide bilingual instruction in English and Spanish based on student needs and program requirements.

• Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and instructional activities.

• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and academic levels.

• Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.

• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic support.

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

• Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation.

• Participate in campus meetings, professional development, and other school activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Appropriate Texas teaching certification for bilingual/elementary education.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Elementary teaching experience preferred.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
