4K Educational Assistant (part-time)

Are you passionate about helping young learners build a strong foundation for their educational journey? We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Part-Time 4K Educational Assistant to join our early childhood team.

In this role, you will partner directly with the lead 4K teacher to create a safe, supportive, and joyful learning environment. You will play an active role in supporting 4K students as they build essential foundational social-emotional, language, motor, and academic skills through play and structured activities.

Key Responsbilities Include:

• Assist the classroom teacher in implement daily 4K routines, lesson plans, and play-based learning activies.
• Work with individual students or small groups on foundational skills
• Help set up and break down instructional materials, learning centers, and creative project stations.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, outdoor play/recess, snack time and transitions.
• Assist students with self-care needs, including coats/shoes, handwashing, snacktime routines.
