HumanHire is partnered with a top national Law Firm looking to add an Human Resources Generalist to their growing team in Roseland, New Jersey. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance.

• Pay: $90-105K Base plus OT and Bonus
• Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment-related questions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks, employment documentation, orientation, and required training.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the firm's HRIS.
• Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, changes, and resolving benefits-related questions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources within a Law Firm
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Human Resources Certifications
• Proficiency in various HR softwares and ATS
