Purpose of Position:
nThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading a high-performing team. This role involves direct supervision of select departments and areas of the store, with a focus on overseeing operational execution, direct Outfitter (employee) supervision, feedback, and coaching. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to overall store performance.
