45572 Automotive Service Advisor/Writer - Express Lane

Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Arlington is looking for an Express Service Advisor to join their team! They are seeking a high energy person to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

•  Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
•  Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast
•  Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
•  Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
•  Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle

• Experience in a Express Lane Advisor or Service Advisor role strongly preferred
• Dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of auto industry is a plus
• Must have computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license
