Client Relationship Specialist - Insurance

Prior insurance agency experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is willing to obtain a California Personal Lines insurance license or a Property and Casualty License.

First year earnings of at least $35 an hour for our Client Relationship Specialist who follow our process.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

1) Talk to our existing clients

2) Build client relationships

3) Review policies & cross-sell

4) Celebrate with the team when goals are acheived

• Motivated to obtain insurance license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality
• Comfortable asking questions and identifying sales opportunities
• Organized and able to manage multiple client follow-ups
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Coachable and open to feedback

We will provide training on our products, systems, client-review process, sales approach, and agency procedures.
