What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU care for patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, Ventilators, and more.
• Manage complex post-operative cardiovascular patients, including intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impellas, and CRRT.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Follow protocols for patient safety and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards.

What You Need
Required:

• RN License in Louisiana or a valid compact license
• BLS certification via AHA
• ACLS certification via AHA
• At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care experience (perferred)

Preferred:

• Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impellas, post-op cardiovascular surgeries, or CRRT.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
