Position Overview
Washougal School District is seeking dynamic, visible, and dedicated Certificacted Guest (Substitute) Principals (K-8) to provide seamless educational, instructional, and operational leadership across elementary, or middle school settings during administrator absences.
As a model of integrity and ethical behavior, the Guest Principal maintains a strong physical presence across all school environments-classrooms, hallways, common areas, lunchrooms, and grounds. This leader ensures continuous alignment with the District's Strategic Plan, fosters a safe and inclusive school culture, supports positive behavior systems, and maintains active, positive relationships with staff, students, families, and key community stakeholders.

Valid Washington State Principal's, Program Administrator's, or Superintendent's Certificate, and a valid Washington State Teaching Certificate (Required)
