We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated Paraprofessional working with our youngest learners in 4 year old Kindergarten, some other elementary classes, and recess supervision. The candidate should want to see all students succeed. Applicants must be committed to continuous improvement and skilled at fostering mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues and community members. We look for individuals whose creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm and professionalism are evident.
The majority of the day you will include general supervision of 4K students including classroom support under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher. You will work with the classroom teacher to assist students in all aspects of their learning and development. There will be recess supervision as well as other assigned duties as necessary.
Schedule: 5.5 hours a day
