Position Summary

Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented 4-40 Licensed CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferably in an independent insurance agency environment, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients by delivering exceptional service, supporting their insurance needs, and building long-term relationships. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and contribute to the agency's continued growth and commitment to personalized service.

Compensation

$19.23 per hour (equivalent to 40,000 annually)

$2,000 - $10,0000+ annual cross-selling potential commission

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and respond to client inquiries
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
• Review coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Follow up on quote opportunities and agency leads
• Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:

• Experience working for an independent insurance agency
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Applied Epic experience a plus
