Salary:
$23.50–$25.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift premium (once on 3rd shift)

What your future day will look like:
  • Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinding machines to produce high-precision solid carbide cutting tools
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Perform basic machine upkeep and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring specifications and GD&T standards are met
  • Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and adherence to quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of machining and/or CNC grinding experience
  • Experience with Rollomatic or similar CNC grinding equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T requirements
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
