3rd shift Quality Control Inspector

Aprios Custom MFG, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer , is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join our growing team. Operate precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges.

Position Overview:

Senior Quality Inspector | 3rd Shift | $25-$27/hr

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

 

Aprios Custom MFG, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in quality inspection, blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured products
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Operate precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections
• Support NCRs, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize and support CMM inspection processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of quality systems and inspection methods
• CMM and regulated industry experience preferred
• ISO 13485 and ASQ CQI certification a plus
