Initiates adjustments to ensure that the automated equipment and peripheral hardware operate within the established control limits. Wear PPE asrequired to maintain a sterile production environment. Lift bend stretch kneel and reach to move product and components up to 50 poundsto required positions or areas. Visually inspectquality levels of production on the automated equipment and peripheral hardware. Makes adjustments to equipment or hardware when workmanship drops below quality specifications. Initiate reworkrepair activities on product that is substandard to the specifications. Recorddata required for statistical process control or inventory management. Perform troubleshooting measureson the automated equipment and peripheral hardware as needed for production efficiency. Review production schedules process procedures and specifications regarding the sequential start-up operation and control of automated equipment and peripheral hardware. Performsequential shutdown including the cleaning of the automated equipment or peripheral hardware.This is afull-timeopportunity.The idealcandidate will Be able to stand for entire 12-hour shift work on a rotating shift including weekends Have great attention to detail Be able to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions. Have the ability to effectively present to other employees leads and supervisors of the organization. Previous Machine Operating experience is a plus.
