Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive machine and process operations following standard procedures
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as:
- Block Press Machines
- Palletizers
- Packers
- Forklifts
- Handle manual material lifting (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Make basic adjustments to machinery and processes as directed
- Record and report production data accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas (good housekeeping)
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Basic math and data recording skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery operation
- Forklift experience (a plus, not required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
