Overview

Become an integral part of our team, contributing to the assembly, inspection, and sequencing of panoramic sunroof and roof modules for automotive production. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment closely aligned with vehicle production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assembly & Mechanical Work
  • Assemble sunroof components using torque-controlled screwdrivers and pneumatic tools.
  • Apply weatherstripping, seals, and adhesives to glass and frame edges.
  • Secure wiring harnesses and connect sensors/actuators for vehicle network integration.
• Testing & Quality Control
  • Perform cycle and function testing on assembled roofs using automated test fixtures.
  • Verify glass panel alignment and inspect for leaks and cosmetic imperfections.
• Sequencing & Material Handling
  • Load finished roof modules into racks or carts, matching the assembly line schedule.
  • Manage sub-components, scan barcodes, and address part defects.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive lifting of 30–50 lbs with assistance.
• Adherence to Standard Process Instructions (SPIs) and zero-defect protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) processes.
