What You'll Do as a Production Worker:- Support Packaging Operators and learn all packaging line functions
- Operate packaging equipment, conveyors, scales, palletizing, and case-filling systems
- Perform bagging, labeling, lot coding, check weighing, and manual palletizing tasks
- Complete sanitation, housekeeping, and equipment cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Use the ERP system to track inventory, lot traceability, and material movements
- Inspect materials and products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
- Operate a forklift as needed and assist other production areas to maximize plant efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (6+ months)
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to changing production needs
