Description
Job Title: Order Picker
Location: Green Bay
Reporting to: Shipping Supervisor
Rate of pay: $22.90
Hours: 11pm- 7:30am Monday- Saturday
Essential Job Functions:
- Use Shop Floor Inventory system to locate product.
- Use forklift/high-lift to pick product
- Use scan gun to allocate product and pallets
- Utilize heavy machinery to wrap pallets
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Follow Food Safety Guidelines
- Follow Housekeeping Procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Experience operating a forklift and/or high lift preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to demonstrate safe work practices
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to work in cold weather environment around 28 degrees
- Understanding of logistics of loading a trailer
- Must be able to train for 3 weeks on 1st shift
