3rd Shift Operations Supervisor

Coordinate shift handovers and personnel scheduling to ensure operational continuity and efficiency, including managing holidays, overtime, and collaboration with production and support teams. Contribute to short- and medium-term operational planning by providing input based on shift-level performance, resource availability, and production challenges.

Oversee teams, processes and resources throughout the shift to achieve production goals, enhance employee development, and improve production line efficiency, while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.

Duties and tasks:

1. Supervise team operations, assign tasks, manage absences, oversee activities, and track performance to ensure efficient task completion.
2. Supervise production line operations, monitor equipment, quality and efficiency, and ensure adherence to standards and schedules while achieving production goals.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) during the assigned shift to ensure achievement of shift-level output, quality, and delivery targets.
4. Coordinate and support employees' training strategies, assess skill levels, and ensure they possess and apply the required capabilities to meet operational standards.
5. Ensure continuous monitoring of manufactured product quality, adherence to quality standards, and prompt initiation of corrective actions in cases of deviations or non-conformities.
6. Identify and resolve production issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
7. Conduct performance reviews to assess individual contributions, provide feedback, and support employee development.
8. Promote a high-performance culture and support the professional growth of team members through coaching and skills building, aligned with company's training curricula and strategies.

11. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, in line with the scope of the position and employment agreement.

Qualifications:

" Vocational or associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
" Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

" Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
" Ability to assess employee skills, coordinate training, and support development.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels

Knowledge:
" In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and resource management.
" Safety procedures and enforcement.
" Solid understanding of production equipment and technical operations, with the ability to interpret process parameters, monitor performance.
" Comprehensive working knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
" Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
