Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift – Manpower Our client, who is a leading manufacturer in the home fragrance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a positive attitude that aligns successfully with the organization.
Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems
Diagnose and repair electrical control systems (24V DC – 480V AC; single and three-phase)
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including compressors and dryers
Maintain and service gas-fired boilers
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs)
Document work completed in CMMS system
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and internal stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Degree, certification, or documented electrical/mechanical experience is preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Knowledge of safe use of electrical meters
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
