Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.01 / hour


Duties:


+ Perform maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and tooling, including mold preparation, pre-production and production tooling & fixture fabrication.

+ Mold Tuning and Troubleshooting Molds

+ Perform overall maintenance for buildings, equipment, grounds, and machinery.

+ Work with subcontractors as directed.

+ Analyze maintenance failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties.

+ Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems

+ Pneumatic valve bank troubleshooting and repair

+ Electrical troubleshooting and repair of 480V 3-phase motors and drives

+ Troubleshoot and repair 24V control wiring and components

Position Requirements:


+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 5 years of maintenance experience required

+ Electrical Maintenance experience preferred

+ Able to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls/electrical schematics

+ Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting

+ Basic HMI knowledge and troubleshooting

+ Fanuc material handling robot experience a plus (not required)

+ Skilled in written and verbal communication.

+ Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel & twist.

+ Skilled with Lathe, Mill, Surface Grinder

+ Strong math and blueprint reading skills. Tool & Die experience.

+ Experience with repair and maintenance of equipment, tooling & machinery

+ Must be able to use small hand tools

+ Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs., but only with assistance from other team members.


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
