Position Overview
LimoLink arranges premium level ground transportation for corporate and private aviation clients, worldwide. Our organization operates 24/7 and we're looking for highly motivated night owls who like to multi-task and solve interesting problems.
3rd Shift Logistics Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating ground transportation arrangements for high-end corporate clients, all over the world
- Assigning reservations to appropriate vendor partners, based on their availability
- Ensuring vendor partners are in compliance with LimoLink's Quality Assurance process
- Managing last minute reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Finding creative solutions to unique and challenging problems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and find ways to say YES
- Able to operate with a sense of urgency to deliver swift results
- Self-driven and willing to work with little supervision
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Previous third-shift experience preferred
