Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving our high-performance manufacturing equipment.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our converting, printing, and extruding equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

    Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and groundsTroubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic issuesInstalling new machines and programming PLCsManaging parts inventory and sourcing materialsConducting tool & die and fixture workSupporting cross-training and departmental organization (5S)Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysisCommunicating professionally and collaborating across shiftsTraveling occasionally (up to 5%) to other company locations
