    3rd Shift Associate Manager Production

    The Associate Manager Production plays a key role in overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing facility. This position supports the Production Manager in coordinating production activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Associate Manager will lead a team of production staff, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

    What can you expect on the Associate Manager Production job?

    • Assist in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met on time and within budget.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
    • Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections of production areas and processes, addressing any issues promptly.
    • Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure efficient production flow and minimize stockouts.
    • Coordinate with the supply chain team to facilitate timely procurement of materials.
    • Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights on performance metrics and identifying trends for management review.
    • Participate in production planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
    • Support compliance with industry regulations and standards, including food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Responsible for all applicable Company procedures and policies, including Mondelez Quality Policies.
    • Responsible to ensure compliance with FDA, SQF, New York State and other regulatory requirements, to assure food safety & quality.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    • Ability to speak and hear constantly.
    • Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to tolerate heat/humidity and occasional dirt and dust.
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with known allergens such as: milk, eggs, nuts (tree nuts), wheat, soy.

    What should you bring?

    • High School Diploma Required
    • 5+ years experience in manufacturing setting
    • 1+ year management experience in manufacturing setting or similar setting

    What will your schedule look like?

    • 3rd Shift
    • Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm - 7:00am
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
