3rd Shift Associate Manager Production The Associate Manager Production plays a key role in overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing facility. This position supports the Production Manager in coordinating production activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Associate Manager will lead a team of production staff, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals. What can you expect on the Associate Manager Production job? - Assist in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas and processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure efficient production flow and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to facilitate timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights on performance metrics and identifying trends for management review.
- Participate in production planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Support compliance with industry regulations and standards, including food safety and sanitation practices.
- Responsible for all applicable Company procedures and policies, including Mondelez Quality Policies.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with FDA, SQF, New York State and other regulatory requirements, to assure food safety & quality.
- Other related duties as assigned.

- 5+ years experience in manufacturing setting
- 1+ year management experience in manufacturing setting or similar setting
What will your schedule look like? - 3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm - 7:00am
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
