Job Title: 3rd Party Hub Warehouse Operator
Job Duration: 5+ months
Est. Pay Range: 21.00 –23.00/hr USD

Overview/ Responsibilities:
The Shop Lead / Parts & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily shop and field operations by managing inventory, coordinating logistics, maintaining shop organization, and assisting in equipment maintenance and repair activities. This role partners closely with the Operations Manager to ensure technicians have the tools, parts, and equipment needed to safely and efficiently support customer operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Manager with daily operations and planning.
Build, repair, refurbish, and test equipment.
Support field technicians and assist with job execution.
Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
Receive, inspect, stock, and track inventory.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Monitor inventory and submit reorder requests.
Deliver parts and materials to field locations.
Coordinate shipments, freight, and material transfers.
Support procurement and vendor coordination.
Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely.
Follow all safety policies and report concerns.
