Responsibilities:

• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, encouraging students’ academic and social development.

• Design and deliver lesson plans that are aligned with state and district standards, tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Effectively communicate educational objectives to students, utilizing both individual and group instruction strategies based on empirical educational practices.

• Leverage modern technology and innovative teaching techniques to enhance the educational experience and foster a love for learning.

• Assess and document student progress, providing detailed feedback to students, guardians, and school administration to support continuous learning and development.

• Maintain open, effective communication with parents and guardians, partnering in the educational process to maximize student achievement.

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, school events, and collaborative projects within the school and district to contribute to a thriving educational community.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or related field.

• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate and AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• SEI Endorsement and appropriate certification for 3rd-grade instruction.

• Demonstrated experience in elementary education, with a strong foundation in effective teaching strategies and classroom management.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and openness to feedback and improvement.

Salary: $46,700 to $80,904, commensurate with educational background and experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.
