Job Summary

We are looking for a 3DX Developer with strong experience in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA customization, administration, upgrades, and migration projects. The role will support PLM environments, system upgrades, integrations, deployments, troubleshooting, and application support across multiple environments.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and administer the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and support upgrade and migration projects.
• Develop and maintain solutions using MQL, TCL, Java, JPOs, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.
• Support schema migration, data validation, deployment, release management, and environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Perform upgrade impact analysis, customization validation, integration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot defects, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve performance issues.
• Support system integrations, Git/SVN, deployment processes, technical documentation, upgrade reports, and deployment procedures.
• Apply 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade methodologies and migration best practices.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA.
• Experience with MQL, TCL, Java, JPO Development, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.
• Experience in PLM, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and data governance.
• Experience with schema migration, data validation, upgrades, integrations, deployments, and regression testing.
• Strong troubleshooting, L2/L3 support, defect analysis, RCA, and performance resolution skills.
• Experience with Git/SVN and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant PLM, CAD, or 3DEXPERIENCE certifications are a plus.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid/remote arrangement and occasional travel
